Flav Celebrates 50th Birthday
March 15, 2009Surreel was at BB Kings in New York to film Flavor Flav performing with Public Enemy as he celebrated his 50th birthday at the stroke of midnight. Ice-T , Grand Master Melle Mel and boxing trainer/commentator Emmanuelle Stewart were also on stage to celebrate. As a special request, Ice-T performed “Six In The Morning” as Flavor Flav played the drums.
Director David Hausen along with cameraman Justin Stanley filmed the show as well as behind-the-scenes footage for Surreel’s on-going Flavor Flav documentary which has been in production for over five years.
